The Filter Klear ReKlaim I & II Fountain Recycling Systems meet a critical need in the pressroom. Utilizing advanced nanofiber technology featuring ceramic nanofibers on a micro-glass matrix, Filter Klear ReKlaim I & II provide outstanding reduction of calcium, virus, bacteria, cysts, endotoxin and many other submicron particles through both electro-adhesion and mechanical processes. The result is zero discharge and zero waste of incoming water while filtering particulates down to .002 microns.

Filter Klear ReKlaim I & II prevents dust and gunk in water pans which enhances print quality, provides better hickey control, less plate wear, and less plate scumming and tinting.

What is the difference?

The Filter Klear ReKlaim technology addresses the needs of older presses and can also be retrofit to presses that have multiple tanks. Filter Klear ReKlaim I is the single tank unit. Filter Klear ReKlaim II is the multi-tank version. The Filter Klear ReKlaim II unit features a harness system and it is unique to the printing industry.
